By accessing or using the website, email, or phone services provided by Cancun Exclusive Transfer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancun Exclusive Transfer reserves the right to modify or update these terms at anytime without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies full acceptance of the most recent version.

All correspondence conducted through these channels shall be considered legally

binding as if executed in writing.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of company information or communication

materials for commercial or misleading purposes is strictly prohibited.

Reservations and Customer Requirements

Customers must:

Be of legal age to enter into a service agreement.

Make reservations at least 24 hours in advance of the requested service time.

Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Assume full responsibility for any charges incurred during the use of services.

Ensure all flight, hotel, or pickup details are correct to guarantee timely and accurate service.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in cancellation or denial of service without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or text message.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or event are eligible for an 85% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non refundable.

No refunds will be issued for “no-show” passengers or customers who fail to appear at the scheduled pickup time.

In the event that Cancun Exclusive Transfer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.

Multiple Travelers and Flight Coordination

For groups traveling on separate flights, the scheduled pickup must correspond to the arrival time of the last passenger.

If an earlier pickup is requested, additional waiting fees will apply.

Please note that flight tracking services apply only to arrivals; departure adjustments are not monitored in real time.

Extra Stops and Waiting Time

Additional stops requested during the transfer will incur extra charges, calculated based on the distance and waiting time.

Requests for extra stops must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Airport pickups include up to 1 hour of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands. After that, an hourly rate will apply.

Non-airport pickups include up to 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional delays will incur hourly fees.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made through PayPal or another method previously agreed upon with our team.

Customers may choose between:

Partial payment (deposit) to secure the booking, with the balance due upon arrival, or

Full prepayment for a seamless experience upon arrival.

Credit card information, when requested, is used solely to secure reservations—no charges are made prior to the service date unless expressly authorized.

Limitation of Liability

Cancun Exclusive Transfer shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

Road closures or traffic delays

Flight cancellations or delays

Accidents, theft, or acts of vandalism

Technical or mechanical failures

Customers are strongly encouraged to have their own travel insurance to cover such eventualities.

Vehicle Care and Conduct

Clients are expected to treat vehicles and staff with respect.

Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be the financial responsibility of the customer.

Smoking, consumption of drugs, or disruptive behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in service termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cancun Exclusive Transfer website—including text, logos, photographs, and design—is the exclusive intellectual property of the company and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively

before the competent courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Policy Updates

Cancun Exclusive Transfer reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
